This workshop is suitable for you as a beginner, if you can run at least 60 minutes in a row in flat terrain. The content of workshop 2 is mostly the same as workshop 1. Meeting point is at the valley station Bad Ragaz. There you will do the organizational part. Afterwards you take the cable car to Pardiel, where your personal belongings will be deposited. Today's workshop you will mainly take place on Heidi's Long Trail. This guarantees you an unforgettable view, crisp uphills and technical downhill parts. You learn the 1x1 in trail running and expand your knowledge. How do I move optimally on unfamiliar terrain. How can I tackle uphill parts without straining my strength and master downhill passages without stressing my joints? How do I prepare myself properly for a trail adventure and how am I properly equipped? Many tips and tricks will be passed on to you by our experienced guide and open questions will be answered. Of course, there is no shortage of enjoyment - the wonderful panorama and the varied routes alone guarantee an unforgettable day. The farewell ceremony will take place at Pardiel - so each of you can arrange your day individually. You are spoilt for choice - in the afternoon an additional trail round in the Pizol area or rather to relax in the nearby Tamina Therme?
The guidelines of the BAG are consistently enforced, so that nothing stands in the way of this event with you. The workshop will be held in any weather from 4 persons upwards. The participants will be informed 2 days before the workshop.
By the way: The price includes a 2-hour admission to the Tamina Therme (without sauna). To be redeemed on the workshop/and following day.
