Exceptionally, this workshop will take place on a Wednesday evening. The reason: today is full moon and our guide wants to take the chance to do the running training under moonlight (supported by a headlamp). The workshop is aimed at you, as an experienced runner, because the basics of trail running are required. This special workshop is also aimed at you if you are preparing for an ultra run and you are not yet used to running at night. Last but not least you, the pleasure runner, are also addressed, who would like to experience something different again.
Meeting point is at the valley station Bad Ragaz. There you take care of the organisational part. Afterwards you take the cable car to Pardiel, where your personal belongings will be deposited. Today's workshop you will mainly take place on Heidi's Long Trail. This guarantees an unforgettable view, crisp uphills and technical downhills. The main focus will be on walking and behaviour in the dark. But we will also pay attention to your running technique and you can get tips and tricks for competition preparation and competitions.
The guidelines of the BAG will be consistently enforced, so that nothing stands in the way of this event with you. The workshop will be held in any weather from 4 persons upwards. The participants will be informed 2 days before the workshop.
By the way: The price includes a 2-hour admission to the Tamina Therme (without sauna). To be redeemed at the workshop/- and exceptionally on the next two following days, 3rd and 4th September.
