Toboggan Run Maienberg - Wangs

Double tobogganing fun in Wangs: In very good snow conditions, the Furt - Maienberg toboggan run can be extended almost (!) into the valley.

Extend your sled run from Furt to Maienberg almost (!) to Wangs. In case of very good snow conditions we can extend the regular toboggan run from Furt to Maienberg by almost half. The toboggan run is then considered to be one of the longest toboggan runs in Eastern Switzerland with 6 km.

Safety advice

The stretch Maienberg - Wangs is very demanding. Therefore, this section is only recommended for experienced sledders over 18 years of age. For beginners and families with children, the upper section between Furt and Maienberg is recommended.

Good equipment and an adapted driving style can avoid accidents. We recommend that you wear a helmet at all times when sledging. For safety reasons, sledding is only permitted as far as Tuggenboden. This is the official end of the toboggan run! From there you have to walk the last part to the valley station in Wangs (approx. 1 km). Sledding on the ski slope is expressly forbidden.
