Travelling with a disability
People with a disability do not have to miss out on the sporting activities. Many of our offers are barrier-free or can be used with special sports equipment. The employees of the Pizolbahnen are happy to help all guests with disabilities get in and out of our cabin or chair lifts without difficulty.
In the winter, you can enjoy the perfectly prepared slopes on the Pizol on monoskis, bi-skis, skibobs and special snowboards. The blind or visually impaired can travel safely down the slopes with the help of a seeing companion (orally or by remote).
In the summer, the Heidi Path from Pardiel to the Alp Schwarzbüel is accessible for visitors with mobility problems. The panorama restaurant Edelweiss in Pardiel is also barrier-free for disabled guests.
Parking
2 parking spaces are reserved for disabled persons at the Wangs valley station and 8 parking spaces at the Bad Ragaz valley station.
Toilets
There is a disabled toilet at the valley and mountain station of the Bad Ragaz - Pardiel cable car (including to the Heidi Path).
Rates
People with a valid ID card have two options for travelling:
People with disabilities travel at the standard rate. Their helpers and guide dogs travel free of charge if they present their carer card. Guide dogs can be brought onto chairlifts at the owner’s own risk.
People with disabilities who are able to travel without a carer according to their ID card receive the group discount rate in the summer and winter.
