Due to a strong foehn forecast, Early Bird skiing on Sunday, March 09, 2025 is canceled.

The gondola lift in Bad Ragaz operates from 6:30 am to 7:00 am and takes you to Pardiel at sunrise. This is where your early bird ski adventure begins. As the sun rises, you can use the Laufböden chairlift several times to enjoy the freshly groomed and untouched slopes to the full on the subsequent descents. Be there when the mountain awakens and don't miss out on this exclusive nature and snow experience in a class of its own!

After a sumptuous breakfast buffet in the Zanuz and Laufbodenstübli mountain inns (breakfast), you can either continue your day's skiing (day ticket or season or annual pass), linger on Pardiel or return to the valley by cable car.

Tip
For an optimal day of skiing, we recommend purchasing a day ticket at the Early Bird rate. This gives you two hours of exclusive skiing on pristine slopes and the unique experience of being there when the mountain awakens, in addition to the regular price of a day ticket.

Opening hours mountain restaurants

Breakfast buffet from 8.00 to 10.00 a.m. in the Berggasthaus Zanuz and in the Laufbodenstübli (only available by reservation and as a combination)

The offer will only be carried out in good weather conditions. Cancellation is possible until 16.00 the day before
Tickets can be purchased either directly in the morning from 6:20 a.m. or the day before from 3 p.m. at the ticket office in Bad Ragaz
For the breakfast buffet in the Berggasthaus Zanuz and in the Laufbodenstübli (breakfast) a reservation is required by 12:00 noon the day before (combined offer)
