Annual General Meeting of Pizolbahnen AG

At today's Annual General Meeting on October 25, 2025, all proposals of the Board of Directors were adopted with great approval and applause. The existing members of the Board of Directors were emphatically confirmed by the shareholders for a further term of office and Christian Florin will join the Board as a new representative of the municipality of Bad Ragaz. Markus Oppliger, Chairman of the Board of Directors, presented the results of the past financial year in detail and Christian Kubli, CEO, provided insights into current and future projects of Pizolbahnen AG.

Following the Annual General Meeting, guests were invited to the traditional snack in the Bad Ragaz sports hall. This brought the 25th Annual General Meeting to a worthy close in a great atmosphere and with good conversation.
