- From 6.00 pm to 6.45 pm ride on the Bad Ragaz-Pardiel gondola lift, with direct access to the Panoramarestaurant Edelweiss
- Enjoy a delicious aperitif with small snacks at our Edelweiss Bar
- From 19:30, our kitchen crew will serve you a colorful leaf salad with crispy fried bacon cubes, mushrooms and chopped egg with a fine house dressing
- Fondue Chinoise à discrétion from the buffet with tender beef, veal and pork, our homemade sauces, mixed side dishes, French fries, rice and vegetables
- Finally, we will spoil you at the buffet with homemade dessert variations
- At midnight we offer you a glass of Prosecco and you experience a breathtaking view of the illuminated Rhine Valley
