From Pardiel, the legendary Beggars' Trail leads past rare mountain flowers to the Pizol hut. Here you can enjoy a sensational view of the Zanaital with the Zanaihorns.
The Beggars' Trail leads via the Zanuz Tobel to Alp Tristeli. With views of the impressive Calanda massif, the trail continues to Alp Lasa. There the ascent begins along the beautiful sunny slope to Wangsersee at 2,227 m above sea level and the Pizolhütte. With a bit of luck, chamois can be seen again and again along the entire Bettlerweg trail. You also have a sensational view of the Zanaital with the Zanaihörner in the background. Once you reach the Pizolhütte, you hike back to Laufböden station, from where you take the chairlift back to Pardiel and Bad Ragaz.
