Pizolbahnen AG operates the Pizol mountain sports area with the core products skiing, hiking, mountain tours and excursion experiences in the Swiss Pre-Alps. As a full-service provider with 12 cable cars and lifts, over 50 kilometers of pistes, a children's area, a wonderful hiking area as well as restaurants and accommodation, the mountain railroad and tourism company offers mountain sports experiences for discerning guests all year round.
We are looking for an HR Manager (m/f/d) 50-100% with immediate effect or by arrangement
Your responsibility
- You accompany our employees through the entire onboarding and offboarding process.
- You take care of staff scheduling and monitor time recording.
- You are responsible for payroll and thus ensure punctual payment and compliance with social security and tax regulations.
- You will play an active role in the recruitment process and support the employee appraisal process.
- You are highly committed to the planning and implementation of employee events and training courses.
You will fit in with us if you
- have completed or are willing to complete further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate.
- have in-depth practical knowledge of operational HR work.
- have a sound knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR processes.
- if you like being on the mountain in winter and summer.
