The preparations are complete and the anticipation is huge: on Friday, December 12, 2025, we will be kicking off the snow sports season at Pizol for the first time this winter with all facilities open (daily skiing until Easter Monday). Our team has been working flat out over the past few weeks to create the perfect conditions – so that you can enjoy an unforgettable winter experience.

The slopes
With 20 km of groomed slopes available from Friday, Pizol offers ideal conditions for all snow sports enthusiasts at the start of the season. From wide, enjoyable runs to challenging carving slopes, there is something for everyone.

There is also a highlight away from the slopes: the Panorama Höhenweg trail invites you to enjoy impressive winter hikes. The fantastic view over the Rhine Valley and the surrounding mountains makes every tour a special experience – perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the winter panorama in peace.

Families welcome: Fun and games at Kinderland Pardiel
An exciting winter adventure awaits our youngest guests: at Kinderland on Pardiel, children can take their first steps on skis in a playful way. Conveyor belts, a magic carpet, and plenty of space to practice ensure safe and enjoyable learning experiences. This makes Kinderland the ideal place for families who want to get started in snow sports together.

Whether you fancy some fine chocolate after a winter hike or a hearty lunch between runs, all mountain restaurants and eateries are open from Friday and look forward to welcoming you. Regional specialties and cozy sun terraces round off the winter experience perfectly.
