Seeking a tenant for the Berghotel Gaffia

We are looking for a tenant for the Berghotel Gaffia, to start immediately or by agreement.

The hotel is located right on the ski slope between the Furt and Gaffia stations of the chairlift. It offers a touch of tradition with a dash of modernity. Nestled in the beautiful mountain landscape of Pizol, the Berghotel Gaffia is a real eye-catcher. At 1,750 meters above sea level, an authentic mountain hut atmosphere is guaranteed.

Gastro und Sport AG has been operating the facility for the past six years. During this time, the facility has been repositioned to ensure its long-term financial success. Due to additional organizational challenges, we are now pleased to hand the facility over to a motivated and experienced operator.

Smooth operations remain very important to Pizolbahnen, and we are happy to provide support to ensure a successful launch. If there is concrete interest, we are happy to provide transparent information about our activities over the past few years.

What we are looking for
To ensure a professional transition, we are seeking a tenant to manage and operate the Berghotel Gaffia. The hotel features a restaurant with seating for 120 guests, a terrace with seating for 80, and various lodging options.
